S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes, with immediate effect, the following amendments in respect of Sl. No. 197 199 of Chapter 52 of Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export Import Items:- 2. The existing entries stipulated against Sl. No. 197 199 in Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export Import Items are substituted as follows:- Chapter 52 Cotton S. The effect of this notification:- The registration requirement for export of cotton ( Tariff Codes 5201 5203 ) has been dispensed with.
