Seeks to Amend Notification No.63/1994-CUSTOMS (NT) dated the 21st November, 1994. - 08/2015 - Customs - Non Tariff

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii) OF THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Excise and Customs) NOTIFICATION No. 08/2015-Customs (NT) New Delhi, the 9th January, 2015 PAUSA, 19, 1936 (SAKA) S.O. 126 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.63/1994-CUSTOMS (NT) dated the 21 st November, 1994, published vide number S.O.830(E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) in the opening paragraph, in the fourth proviso, for the words Balat and Kalaichar , the words Balat, Kalaichar and Srinagar shall be substituted; (ii) in the Table, against serial number 2 relating to the land frontier of Bangladesh, in columns (3) and (4), after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (55) Srinagar Srinagar (Tripura)- midpoint between Purbamadhugram and Choygharia, Border Pillar No. 2195/5S and 6S. .
