Amendment to the Composition of Licensing Committee under Notification S.O. 1843(E) dated 24-06-2013. - S.O. 1843(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th June, 2013 S.O. 1843(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 14 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act.1951 (65 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 10 of the Registration and Licensing of Industrial Undertakings Rules. 1952, the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification of the Government of India in the former Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies(Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 163(E) RLIU/10(2)/76 dated 3rd March.1976, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part 11, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 4th March, 1976, namely:- In the said notification, for the heading LICENSING COMMITTEE and the entries thereunder. the following shall be substituted, namely :- LICENSING COMMITTEE 1.
