In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (10) of section 3 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) as adapted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, read with the Government of India's  S.R.O No. 2123 dated the 12^th November, 1953 the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint,  Sh. S. N. Sahai,  [AS, Pr. Secretary (Revenue) cum-Divisional Commissioner, Delhi as the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi, with effect from the date he assumed charge of the office of the Pr. Secretary (Revenue)/Divisional Commissioner, till 31^st  December, 2014.
