NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Shri S.S. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Govt. of NCT of Delhi for carrying out the purposes of the said Act with effect from the date he assumes charge of the office.
