Aluva East Village of Ernakulam District, Kerala declared as Warehousing Station for setting up of 100% EOU - 01/2015 - Customs - Non Tariff

Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax, Cochin Notification No. 1/2015-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 29-4-2015 In exercise of the powers conferred by Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (N.T.) dated 1 st July, 1994 , by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi under clause (a), Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , Sy. No. 251/2 in Aluva East Village of Ernakulam District in Kerala State is hereby declared to be warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the limited purpose of setting up a 100% Export Oriented Undertaking as approved by the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
