(N.T.), dated 1-7-1994 of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, the undersigned hereby declares Plot No. 95 HPSIDC Indl., Area, Davni, P.O. Manpure, Tehsil Nalagarh, Distt. Solan in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be a warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 for the purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU).
