Amritsar Airport (Rajasansi) appointed as a Customs airport - 270 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 270 Dated 29/12/1981 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 241/80-Customs, dated the 27 th December, 1980, the Central Government hereby appoints the airport at Amritsar (Rajasansi) as a Customs airport for the purposes of unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods.
