Officers of C.R.P. required to assist Customs Officers - 36 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 36 Dated 15/02/1969 In pursuance of clause (e) of section 151 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby empowers and requires the officers of the Central Reserve Police posted in the State of Bihar to assist the officers of Customs posted in the said state in the execution of the said Act.
