Members of C.R.P. specified as other officers required to assist customs Officers - 47 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 47 Dated 09/05/1970 In pursuance of clause (e) of section 151 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies the members of the Central Re-serve Police Force to be the other officers of the Central Government , who are em-powered and required to assist officers of Customs in the execution of the said Act.
