Amendment in the Notification No.35/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 26th April, 2007 - 21/2016 - Customs - Non Tariff

Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 21/2016-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 8 th February, 2016 S.O. 401 (E) . In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.35/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 26th April, 2007, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O.665(E), dated the 26th April, 2007, namely:- In the said notification, after serial number (iv) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be inserted, namely:-. (v) the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Chennai . [F. No. 437/15/2007-Cus.IV] (Z.R.Kamili) Director (Customs) Note .- The principal notification No. 35/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 26d April, 2007 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 665 ( E), dated the 26th April, 2007.
