Amendments in Notification No. S.O. 711(E) dated 25th September, 1992 - S.O. 603 (E) - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Direct Taxes NOTIFICATION NO. 9350 New Delhi, the 12 th August, 1993 S.O. 603 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) read with clause (b) of the explanation to Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government amends the notification No. S.O. 711(E) dated 25 th September, 1992 as follows, namely :- In the said notification against SI. No. 1(I) in respect of Banvasi Seva Asharam Govind Pur (via Turra), Sonbhadra (U.P.) : - (a) for the project mentioned at item (i) sub-item (a) for Mission for Gram Swarajya Youth for National Construction the following shall be substituted, namely ; Mahatma Gandhi Mission for Gram Swarajya ; (b) in item (iii) against sub-item (a) for Rs. 5 crores the following shall be substituted, namely :- Rs. 6 crores .
