(N.T.) dated 11-1-2016 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), as delegated to the undersinged vide Notification No. 33/94-Cus. (N.T.), dated 1-7-1994 as amended, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, under Clause (a) of Section 152 of Customs Act, 1962 , I, hereby declare Sy. No. 28/38, Chikka Gattinagabbe, Kasaba hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, in the State of Karnataka to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) for the limited purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit.
