Appoints the Additional Director General(Adjudication), Delhi - 84/2016 - Customs - Non Tariff

Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue Notification No. 84/2016-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, dated the 14th June, 2016 S.O. 2098 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General(Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the officers mentioned in column (4) of the Table below in respect of the noticees mentioned in column (2) of the Table for the purpose of adjudication of the show cause notices mentioned in column(3) of the Table namely: Table Sl.
