GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 57/2016-Customs (ADD) New Delhi, the 31 st December, 2016 G.S.R. 1197 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) and rules, 18, 20 and 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 , the Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:- Table Sl. Notification 67/2011- Customs, dated the 28th July, 2011[G.S.R 582(E), dated the 28th July, 2011] In the said Notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 1 to 10, in column (2), for the entry 381230 , the entries 3812 31 00, 3812 39 shall be substituted. 2. 98/2011- Customs, dated the 20th October, 2011[ G.S.R. (E), dated the 20th October, 2011] In the said Notification, in the TABLE, against serial numbers 1 to 3, in column (2), for the entry 3812 30 , the entries 3812 31 00, 3812 39 shall be substituted. 3. 7/2012- Customs (ADD), dated the 13th January, 2012 [G.S.R. (E), dated the 13th January, 2012] In the said Notification, in the TABLE, against serial numbers 1 to 3, in column (2), for the entry 3824 90 90 , the entry 3824 99 90 shall be substituted. 4. 51/2012- Customs (ADD), dated the 3rd of December, 2012 [G.S.R. (E), dated the 3rd of December, 2012 ] In the said Notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 1 to 12, in column (2), for the entry 3705 10 00 , the entry 3705 00 00 shall be substituted. 5. 21/2013- Customs (ADD), dated the 6th September, 2013 [G.S.R. (E), dated the 6th September, 2013] In the said Notification, in the TABLE, against serial numbers 1 to 3, in column (2), for the entries, the entries 2817 00 10 or 3812 39 30 shall be substituted. 2.
