NOTIFICATION Bhopal, Dated: 30.06.2017 No. F-A-3-30/2017/1/FIVE (51) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 54 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (No. 19 of 2017) , the State Government, on the recommendations of the G.S.T. Council, hereby, notifies that no refund of unutilized input tax credit shall be allowed under the said Act , in. case of supply of services specified in sub-item (b) of item 5 of Schedule II of the said Act. 2.
