NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (3) of section 70 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, I, H. Rajesh Prasad, Commissioner, Value Added Tax, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, as per public interest, do hereby extend the last date of submitting the details of closing stock as was held by the registered dealers on 31st March, 2017 and 30^th  June, 2017, online on the website of the department  i. e. www.dvat.gov.in  as per the following format, upto 15^th December, 2017.
