FINANCE (REVENUE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 6th November, 2017 No. F. 3(36)/Fin(Rev.-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/702. -In exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 , the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to constitute the Delhi State level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering, consisting of the following members :- 1. Ms. Krishna A. Mishra, Commissioner, GST, Delhi West - officer of the Central Government, nominated by the Chief Commissioner, GST CX, Delhi Zone, CBEC. 2. Sh. Anand Kumar Tiwari, Addl.
