Bihar Government Commercial Tax Department Corrigendum The 16th November 2017 S.O. 281 dated 16th November 2017- In Notification No. 46/2017 State Tax (Rate), dated the 14th November, 2017, of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Bihar, published in the Gazette of Bihar, Extraordinary, vide S.O. 277, dated 14th November, 2017- in serial number (ii), clause (d), in the Explanation, for central tax read state tax . 2. This corrigendum shall come into force with effect from 15 November, 2017.
