Central Government appoints Dr. (Ms) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, as whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India - F. No. 30/2/2016-Insolvency Section(iii) - S. O. 1573 (E) - Insolvency and Bankruptcy

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th May, 2017 S. O. 1573 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr.(Ms) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, as whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on a salary admissible to an Additional Secretary to Government of India or on a consolidated salary of ₹ 3,75,000 (rupees three lakh seventy five thousand) per month with effect from the 13th April, 2017 i.e., the date of assumption of the charge for a period of five years or up to the attainment of sixty-five years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.
