Amendments in the notification No. 53/2017-Central Tax, dated the 28th October, 2017, - 63/2017-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

Notification No. 63/2017-State Tax In pursuance of section 168 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj. 25 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. 53/2017-Central Tax, dated the 28 th October, 2017 , which is deemed to have been notified by the Commissioner of State Tax in accordance with the provisions under sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 30 th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters he 31 st day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
