HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 4th January, 2018 No. 01/ST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No.34/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 with effect from 1st January, 2018, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No.34/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 , - (a) in clause (i), for the words one percent , the words half percent shall be substituted; (b) in clause (iii), for the words half percent of the turnover , the words half percent of the turnover of taxable supplies of goods shall be substituted.
