In the Notification (23/2017) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated 29th December 2017 published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No. 1313, dated 29 th December 2017 , in paragraph 1, the word shall shall be read as the word may . 2. In the Notification (24/2017) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated 29 th December 2017 published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No. 1312, dated 29 th December 2017 , the words and figures the amount of late fee payable by such registered person for failure to furnish the said return by the due date under section 47 of the said Act shall be read as the words and figures the amount of late fee payable under section 47 of the said Act, by any registered person for failure to furnish the said return .
