GSTR-4-Extension time limit for filing of FORM GSTR-4. - 59/2017-State Tax - Maharashtra SGST

No. JC(HQ)-1/GST/2017/Noti/18/ADM-8.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (6) of section 39 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ), the Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra State, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification No. JC(HQ)-1/GST/2017/Noti/18/ADM-8, dated the 13th October 2017, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-II, Extra-Ordinary No.95 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24th day of December, 2017 shall be substituted.
