Extension of time limit for furnishing FORM GSTR-5, for the months of July to October, 2017 - 60/2017-State Tax - Maharashtra SGST

No. JC(HQ)-1/GST/2017/Noti/18/ADM-8.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah.XLIII of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ), the Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra State, hereby extends the time limit for furnishing the return by a non-resident taxable person, in FORM GSTR-5 , under sub-section (5) of section 39 of the said Act read with rule 63 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 for the months of July, 2017, August, 2017, September, 2017 and October, 2017 till the 11th day of December, 2017.
