Seeks to extend the time limit for filing of FORM GSTR-4 - 34/2017 - Telangana SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT TGST Notification No. 34/2017 CCT s Ref No. A(1)/128/2017, Dt. 22-11-2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 39 read with section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (23 of 2017), the Commissioner of State Tax, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification issued by Commissioner of State Tax in TGST Notification No. 22/2017-State Tax, dated the 25th October, 2017, namely:- 2. In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 15 th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 24th day of December, 2017 shall be substituted. 3.
