GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT ... NOTIFICATION Dated Aizawl, the 17th Nov., 2017 No. J.21011/1/2017-TAX/Vol-III(v).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (6 of 2017) the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department, Notification No. J.21011/1/2017-TAX/Part-III, the 10th July, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification,- (i) for the words seventy-five lakh rupees , the words, one crore shall be substituted; (ii) for the words fifty lakh rupees , the words, seventy-five lakh rupees shall be substituted; Sd/-VANLAL CHHUANGA Commr.
