GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA REVENUE (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.607 Dated : 04.10.2017 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers under sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, Government hereby constitutes a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering for the State of Telangana consisting of the following members:- S.No NAME DESIGNATION Nominated by 1 Shri Mandalika Srinivas Commissioner, Medchal GST Commissionerate Chief Commissioner of GST, Central Excise and Customs, Hyderabad Zone 2 Smt.B.Amrutha Lakshmi Additional Commissioner (State Tax) Commissioner of State Tax, Hyderabad 2. The State-Level Screening Committee shall perform the functions/duties, in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 128 of the said Rules. 3.
