GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) CORRIGENDUM Jaipur, dated: November 01, 2017 No. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-Pt.-III-130:- The English version of this Department's Notification No. F. 12(46) FD/Tax/2017-Pt-I-56 dated 30 th June, 2017 shall be read with the following corrections:- (i) at page number 17, in row 11, in the first proviso to rule 46, for the expression Board read Commissioner ; (ii) at page number 61, in row 2, in the clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 117, the expression or sub-section (8) shall be omitted; (iii) at page number 61, in row 12, in the sub-clause (iv) of clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 117, the expression [or entry tax] shall be omitted; By Order of the Governor, (Shankar Lal Kumawat) Joint Secretary to the Government
