Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur NOTIFICATION NO. 46/2017-State Tax Naya Raipur, the 13 th October 2017 No. F-10- 80/2017/CT/V (140) . - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017) the Central Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. F-10-46/2017/CT/V(90), dated the 1st July, 2017 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 274, dated the 4 th July, 2017, namely: - In the said notification,- (i) for the words seventy-five lakh rupees , the words, one crore shall be substituted; By order and in the name Of the Governor of Chhattisgarh, (A.
