No. (GHN-83) GSTR-2017(9)-TH dated the 15th September, 2017, Notification No.34/2017-StateTax, clause 4 and clause 5 shall be deleted. 2. No. (GHN-127) GSTR-2017(14)-TH dated the 15th November, 2017, Notification No.55/2017-StateTax, in clause 2,- (a) in sub-clause (v), for the words State Goods and Services Tax Act wherever they occur, read Central Goods and Services Tax Act .
