GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU COMMERCIAL TAXES AND REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT [G.O. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in supercession of the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notification No.II(2)/CTR/838(d)/2017, published at page 1 in Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 9th October, 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes a State Level Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Tamil Nadu consisting of the following officials, namely:- (i) Tmt G. Laxmi Priya, IAS, Joint Commissioner (State Tax), Enforcement-I, Chennai; and (ii) Thiru M. Sreedhar Reddy, Commissioner, GST, Chennai North Commissionerate, Chennai. Ka.
