Central Government specifies 50,00,000 unsecured Redeemable Subordinated Floating Interest Rate Bonds issued by the State Bank of India u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.289 ( E ) DATED 29-3-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies 50,00,000 unsecured Redeemable Subordinated Floating Interest Rate Bonds in the nature of promissory notes of face value of rupees 1000 each issued by the State Bank of India for the purpose of the said clause.
