Central Government notifies an additional area of 0.92 hectares, as a part of Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 4.95 hectares at Kharadi Village, Taluka-Haveli, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra - S.O. 1832 (E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th April, 2018 S.O. 1832 (E).- Whereas, M/s. KRC Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd and Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd (Jointly) had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology enabled services at Kharadi Village, Taluka-Haveli, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 4.03 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 2203 (E) dated 19th June, 2017 ; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. KRC Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd has now proposed to include an area of 0.92 hectares as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 8th March, 2017; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 0.92 hectares , as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 4.95 hectares , comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE S.No. Name of Village Developers Name Survey No. Area in hectares 1.
