Approves Credit Capital Venture Fund ( India ) Limited, New Delhi u/s 36(1)(viii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1405 DATED 31-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( viii ) of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby approves Credit Capital Venture Fund (India) Limited, 62, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110 057, as a company for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1995-96 and 1996-97.
