Approved Vidarbha Housing Development Finance Company Limited, Nagpur u/s 36(1)(viii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1408 DATED 31-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( viii ) of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby approves Vidarbha Housing Development Finance Company Limited, 1st Floor, Amar Palace, West Central Road, Dhantoli, Nagpur-440 012, for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1991-92 to 1994-95. The approval is subject to the condition that the company will conform to and comply with the provisions under section 36(1)( viii ) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. [Notification No. 9551/F.
