Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur Notification Naya Raipur, Dated: 21.03.2018 No. F-10- 13/2018/CT/V (26) - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, State Government, hereby Constitutes Chhattisgarh Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax, from the date of issue of this notification and appoints officers mentioned in column (2) of the following table as members of the Authority :- Table Serial No. Designation of Officers (1) (2) 1. Chief Commissioner of central tax as designated by the Board ; and 2. Commissioner of State Tax Explanation :- In this notification word 'Board' means 'Board' as defined under section 2 of chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
