GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION NO. FD 47 CSL 2017, Bengaluru Dated 28-08-2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Karnataka hereby constitute State Level Screening Committee on Anti-Profiteering for the State of Karnataka consisting of- (1) Shri G. Narayanaswamy (IRS, C CE; 1992 Batch) Commissioner, Bengaluru South Commissionarate, Bengaluru; and (2) Shri B.A. Naniappa, Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Audit), Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Gandhi Nagar, Bengaluru-560009.
