GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 10th May, 2018 No.FTX.56/2017/Pt-I/108.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 99 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017), the Governor of Assam, hereby constitutes the Assam Appellate Authority of Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax for hearing appeals against the advance ruling pronounced by the Advance Ruling Authority, consisting of (i) the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Guwahati GST CX Zone; and (ii) the Commissioner of State Tax, Assam This notification shall come into force With effect from the date of publication in the official Gazette.
