Central Government appoints the 15th August, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Various section of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 shall come into force - F. No. 1/1/2018 CL-I-Part - Companies Law

Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 5th July, 2018 S.O. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th August, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:- Sl. No. Section (1) Section 15; (2) Section 16 ; (3) Section 75 ; and (4) Section 76 [F. No. 1/1/2018 CL-I-Part] K.V.R. MURTY Joint Secretary to the Government of India
