In supersession of Notificatoin No.35/2015-2020 dt. 17.01.2017 amends the Import Policy of Arecanut - 20/2015-2020 - Foreign Trade Policy

However, import is free if CIF value is Rs.251/- and above per Kilogram. 08028030 Ground Free Prohibited Provided CIF value is ₹ 251/- and above per Kilogram. However, import is free if CIF value is Rs.251/- and above per Kilogram. 08028090 Other Free Prohibited Provided CIF value is ₹ 251/- and above per Kilogram. However, import is free if CIF value is Rs.251/- and above per Kilogram 2. Effect of this Notification : Import of arecanut over and above CIF ₹ 251/ per kilogram is free and Import below CIF ₹ 251/ is prohibited.
