S.O. (E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government, hereby amends the policy conditions of the following Exim Code as under: Exim Code Item Description Policy Policy Conditions 3102 10 00 Urea, whether or not in aqueous solution State Trading Enterprise State Trading Enterprise. However, import of Urea for industrial/non-agricultural / technical grade shall be 'Free' with Actual User Condition. 2. Effect of this Notification: Import Policy of Urea for industrial/non- agricultural / technical grade shall be 'Free' with Actual User Condition.
