Central Government specifies the 13% (Taxable) KCHC Bonds u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.94 ( E ) DATED 14-2-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies the 13% (Taxable) KCHC Bonds-2004 Series-1 bearing distinctive members from 94/1-01 to 94/1-80,000 of the face value of rupees five thousand each of the aggregate value of rupees forty crores only to be issued by the Kerala State Co-operative Hospital Complex and Centre for Advanced Medical Services Limited, Kannur, Kerala, for the purpose of the said clause.
