MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8 th September, 2008 S.O. 2167(E).- In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rule, 1992, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri T.V. Mohandas Pai, Director Infosys Technologies Ltd. Bangalore as a part-time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India under clause (d) of that sub-section for a period of three years with effect from 4 th September, 2008 or further orders, whichever is earlier.
