LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/024 dated October 01, 2015 granted renewal of recognition to MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited under section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 for a period of one year commencing on the 3rd day of October, 2015 and ending on the 2nd day of October, 2016. Upon the renaming of MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited as Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of India Limited , as certified by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, with effect from the 18th day of August 2015, the name MCX-SX Clearing Corporation Limited in the said notification stands substituted with the name Metropolitan Clearing Corporation of India Limited.
