SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 4th September, 2015 SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/014.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India had, vide notification bearing No. LAD-NRO/GN/2014-15/09/1492 dated September 15, 2014, granted renewal of recognition to MCX Stock Exchange Limited under section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 for a period of one year commencing on the 16th day of September, 2014 and ending on the 15th day of September, 2015. Pursuant to the renaming of MCX Stock Exchange Limited as Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited , as certified by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, with effect from the 20th day of March 2015, the name MCX Stock Exchange Limited in the said notification stands substituted with the name Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited.
