Inclusion of Land Customs Station (LCS), Barhni in the list of LCSs from which export under claim of Duty Drawback can be made to Nepal - 01/2019 - Customs - Non Tariff

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 01/2019-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 3rd January, 2019 G.S.R. 4 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.208/1977-Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1318, dated the 1st October, 1977 , namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in condition (ii), for the words Jaigaon, Moreh or Nepalgunj Road , the words Jaigaon, Moreh, Nepalgunj Road or Barhni shall be substituted.
