(E): - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D R) Act, 1992 , read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Policy Condition of Nicotinic Acid Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/ niacin) under HS Code 29362920 of ITC (HS) 2017, Schedule - I (Import Policy) as under: Exim Code Item Description Existing Policy Existing policy condition Revised Policy condition 2936 29 20 Nicotinic Acid Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/ niacin) Free Subject to Policy Condition No.3. - 2. Effect of this Notification: Till now, import of Nicotinic Acid Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/ niacin) was 'Free' subject to No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior, before import of the item. For import of Nicotinic Acid Nicotinamide (Niacinamide/ niacin, this Policy Condition is being removed with immediate effect. This issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce Industry.
