SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 06 th November, 2003 S.O. 1276(E).- The Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Cochin Stock Exchange Association Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange ) having its registered office at MES, Dr. P.K. Abdul Gafoor Memorial Cultural Complex, 36/1565, 4th Floor, Judges Avenue, Kaloor, Cochin-682017 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to exchange under section 4 of the said Act for a further period of one year commencing 8th day of November, 2003, and ending on the 7th day of November, 2004 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions specified hereunder or as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter :- The Exchange shall comply with all the suggestions made in Part I and Part II of the inspection report of SEBI, for the inspection conducted in September, 2003 and communicated to the Exchange vide letter No. SRO/SMD/CoSE/EIF/2003/9/1250 dated October 28, 2003.
