SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 17 th April, 2003 S.O. 443(E).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 11 and sub-section (2) of Section 11A read with Section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Listing Authority) Regulations, 2003, namely:-- 1. (i) These regulation may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Listing Authority) (Amendment) Regulations, 2003. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Listing Authority) Regulations, 2003, in Regulation 6, the proviso shall be omitted. [F.No. SEBI/LGL/15833/2003] G.N.
